πŸ‘ΆπŸ» Growing Up

I grew up as the fat kid, tipping the scales at 120 pounds in the fourth grade with a terrible relationship with food and zero clue on how to change. I knew I needed to do something, so I started with small steps like cutting out desserts, ditching sodas, and getting active. By high school, I was extremely lean and playing three varsity sports: football, basketball, and lacrosse.

πŸ“š College

College was a game-changer. I fell in love with the gym and started packing on serious muscle. I became obsessed with strength training, nutrition, and all things fitness, devouring articles, forums, and YouTube videos daily. Despite graduating with a degree in accounting and working in the corporate world for three years, my passion for health and fitness never faded. So, I took the plunge, quit my safe job, and got certified as a personal trainer. Since then, I’ve been helping people transform their lives through online coaching.

I’ve been guiding clients towards their goals since 2019. But I’m not just a fitness fanatic; I’m a regular guy who loves snowboarding in Tahoe, partying at concerts, golfing (badly), and wake surfing at Lake Berryessa to name a few of my hobbies. I also LOVE everything photography, videography, and anything camera related.

I believe in a balanced approach – looking good, feeling good, and enjoying life without obsessing over every detail.
