Progress

Progress: charts, PRs & forecasting

Progress is where a few days of logging turn into trends you can actually read: training volume, body weight, nutrition, habits, and more.

🎬 Video walkthrough coming soon.

The Progress tab

Pick a range at the top: Week, Month, or 3 Months. Below it, everything you've logged is pulled together into sections:

  • Training: workouts, sets, and total volume, plus cardio distance and the muscles you hit.
  • Body: your weight change, latest weigh-in, and how many times you weighed in.
  • Photos: a shortcut to compare then versus now.
  • Nutrition: days logged, average calories, and average protein.
  • Habits: your consistency and best streak.
  • Steps: daily steps once you connect Apple Health.

Any section that's empty tells you exactly what to log to fill it in.

Trends need two points. Log your weight on two different days, or an exercise twice, and the chart appears. One entry can't draw a line.

PRs and volume

Go to Train → PRs & Volume to chart your pinned lifts' top-set trend over time, along with weekly volume. Pin any exercise from its detail screen, and long-press a chart's title to unpin it.

Weight-loss forecast

From Fuel or Body, open Weight-Loss Forecast. Enter a goal weight (your current weight is prefilled from your latest weigh-in) and Axis shows how long it takes to get there at a few sustainable paces. Forecasting is a Pro feature, and it's unlocked for everyone during the beta.
