Progress photos & compare
Take aligned front and side shots, then compare any two side by side. Progress photos stay on your phone and never sync.

Add a photo
- Go to Profile → Body & Measurements and open Log Biometrics.
- In the Progress Photos section, tap + Front Photo or + Side Photo to pick from your library, or Front (camera) / Side (camera) to shoot a new one.
The ghost overlay
When you use the camera, Axis fades your last shot of the same pose over the live preview so you can match the framing exactly. Adjust how strong that overlay is with the Off, 30%, 50%, and 70% options. Matching your framing week to week is what makes a before/after actually readable.
Favorite and compare
- Open Progress Photos from the Body screen. Tap the star to favorite a shot, or long-press to delete one.
- With at least two photos, tap Compare Photos.
- Pick front or side, step each side with the chevrons, and pinch and drag a photo to line the bodies up. Your alignment is remembered per photo, and a long-press resets it.
- Tap Share Before / After to save or send a clean, dated before/after card.
Photos never leave your phone. They aren't uploaded, not even to your own account backup, so they don't transfer to a new phone. The only way one leaves your device is if you share or export it yourself. Save any you want to keep before switching phones.
