Measurements & Apple Health

Track weight, heart data, and body measurements, view your history as charts, and pull numbers in from Apple Health.

🎬 Video walkthrough coming soon.

Log biometrics

  1. Go to Profile → Body & Measurements, then tap Log Biometrics. (The Today tab also has a quick shortcut.)
  2. Every field is optional, and you can backfill any past day using the date chevrons. Fill in what you've got under Daily (weight, resting HR, HRV, blood pressure), Measurements (chest, arms, waist points, thighs), plus photos and notes.
  3. Tap Save.

See your history and trends

On the Body screen, pick a range (7D, 14D, 30D, 3M, 1Y) to chart body weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, HRV, and each measurement. Tap Biometrics History to browse every entry by metric, and tap any row to edit that day.

Sync from Apple Health

If your device has Apple Health, the Body screen shows Sync from Apple Health, which imports your weight, resting HR, and HRV. On the Today tab, Connect Apple Health shows your live daily step count.

If numbers don't show up, open your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Axis and switch on reading for Steps, Weight, Resting Heart Rate, and HRV, then sync again.

Read-only, and private. Axis only reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. Your health data stays on your device and is never sent to any AI service or third party.
